The reason that those Warhammer Online leveling guides are scams is because the game was not released to the public - what was released was what is known as "Closed Beta" - a short period of time (one weekend) where a very select group of people can play a limited version of the game with various aspects of the game taken out in order to catch bugs and create a buzz about what the game is like.

Because the game is limited, any Warhammer Online leveling guide that was "complete" during that period was working off faulty data, because the games were incomplete. How could you show the best way to level up a character if the game is incomplete?
